How do we book, and what deposit is required?
Booking is confirmed upon signing the contract. For a standard stay, 50% is due on booking and the balance one week before arrival. For a wedding or event, the deposit is staggered, for example 40% on booking, 40% at six months, then the balance one week before. We confirm the details based on your project.
Do you ask for a security deposit?
A bank pre-authorisation is requested via the Swikly platform. It is not charged: it is simply a guarantee, released after your stay if there is no damage.
Is insurance required?
Yes. For a wedding, a “family event” insurance; for a photo/film shoot or a corporate event, professional insurance; for a standard stay, your personal liability cover is enough.
