For a weekend with friends, a family reunion or simply a break from it all, Le Val Gaudry can be hired privately. The farmhouse and its 8 suites, the dormitory, the living spaces and the 10 acres of grounds become your refuge for the length of your stay.

The estate also lends itself to organised group stays: yoga and wellness retreats, sports training camps, creative residencies or birthdays with friends. The glazed winter garden, the meadows and the heated pool offer plenty of space to practise, recharge and reconnect.

2 hours from Paris, enjoy the heated pool, long shared tables, the orchard and the quiet of the Perche. The house is hired whole, sleeping 12 to 28 (a minimum of 4 suites).

A genuine karaoke bar all to yourselves, with a big screen and an outstanding sound system. Sing your heart out, or dim the lights for a movie night on the big screen: party on or settle in, without ever driving home.

A dedicated billiard room for game after game with friends, at any hour of the day or night.

The large kitchen

A 40 m² equipped kitchen to cook together, with big tables to share every meal.
