Getting married at Le Val Gaudry

Several days, just for you

Picture a wedding where time stretches out: you arrive the day before, set up and rehearse; on the day you celebrate; the morning after you linger over brunch by the pool. At Le Val Gaudry the hire is exclusive, you are the only hosts, from the grounds to the marquee, and everyone sleeps on site with no journey home.

Depending on the season, your reception takes on two faces. In summer, dinner is served under the marquee pitched on the heights, facing the valley, and the party carries on in the winter garden turned dance floor. In winter, you gather in the warmth beneath the glazed roof of the winter garden, for a more intimate celebration.

Exclusive hire

The entire estate is reserved for you, over several days, with no other reception running alongside. You enjoy the house, the grounds and every space with your loved ones, as if it were your own home, from the first day to the last.

Furniture & decor included

We provide the furniture: tables and chairs for dinner, benches and a lectern for the ceremony, and our entire decoration catalogue (vases, candle holders and much more). Everything you need to personalise your wedding with ease.

Ceremony in the orchard or under the century-old fig tree

Your ceremony takes place wherever you wish: in the orchard, in the courtyard at the foot of our century-old fig tree or facing the valley. In winter, it is held under cover beneath the winter garden's glazed roof.

Sleeps 28, hotel-grade comfort

8 suites and a dormitory with hotel-like comfort: the couple and their loved ones stay the night on the estate, as in a private hotel just for them.

All year round

A wedding in any season

At Le Val Gaudry we celebrate all year round. Depending on the season your reception changes its mood, an open-air party in summer, intimacy beneath the glazed roof in winter.

May → mid-October

The wedding in the heart of nature

Your ceremony takes place outdoors facing the valley, wherever you wish: in the orchard, on the brick terraces or around the pool. Dinner is then served under the large 210 m² marquee, which seats up to 200 guests, before the winter garden becomes your dance floor. Throughout the celebration, the heated pool and the estate's 10 acres are yours.

The intimate wedding

A more intimate, warm celebration beneath the heated glazed roof of the winter garden (97 m²): seated dinner for up to 60-70 guests, cocktail format up to 90, by the fireside and candlelight.
